Our program structure

1. Welcome: Movement music   Children who are attending school for the first time without the accompaniment of their parents and caregivers may have separation anxiety. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to co-operate with our educators to assure their children and to help them to settle down in school.

2. Magic Hanzi字趣坊:emphasizes building a strong foundation and promotes creative learning. When learning a new character, learners get to express their understanding of the character in an Art word drawing. This enhances their understanding and memory of the new character.

     Your children will be immersed with a rich environment of Chinese Language with wide range of pictures, flashcards in Chinese characters. Through Chinese character games and rhyme  recite   and strock  graffiti, Children will naturally get a basic grasp of conversation and simple rhymes and have lots of fun!

3. Circle Time: Young children learn through play. Through play children find spontaneity, develop imagination and experience recreation.  Allowed   them to be and do all the things that children need to learn about relationships, social skills and themselves. The main goals in Life Skills are to encourage our children to acquire important and adaptive competencies in caring for themselves and  others.

4. Mandarin storytime: Develop Chinese language skills through art and stories, give children insights into Chinese culture while enabling them to absorb Standard Mandarin ,Developing competency in the four components of language learning (speaking, listening, reading and writing) in  a fun and enjoyable process.

5.Abacus Brain脑算盘: This is a special Right Brain enrich and aids in whole brain development program Which benefits widely in child’s concentration ,observations visualization ,imagination and Memory ,help improve personal and academic performance through abacus curriculum ,most advantages that make children love of math and boost child’s confidence.

The Abacus is a highly efficient tool that can perform addition, subtraction, multiplication and division using integers and decimals with speed accuracy and ease. It is a great tool favoured by our tutors as it can visually demonstrate the number system. This will provide your child with an excellent understanding of numbers and give them a great foundation to build on

In this session will focuses on developing children's basic motor skills/dexterity, pencil holding, handwriting/drawing of numbers and shapes, instant recognition of objects and abacus beads as numbers as well as counting skills . More over systematic introduction of aural skill, timing concept, and speedy practise enable the Abacus learners to progress efficiently and confidently. Children switch on to applying these skills in all learning environments.

6.音乐屋 Music Land:Designed for ‘first’ experiences in making music, and develops core music skills through singing, instrument play, creative movement, listening and socializing in a stimulating yet structured way, children embark on musical adventures that can take them from the earliest playful experiences through to music literacy and seamlessly onto instrumental lessons. In a typical 40 minute Colourstrings session your children will;

> Learn simple dance patterns and move creatively to music

Games, pictures and stories lead the children in small logical steps from sounds to symbols, imitation to improvisation – from the simplest to the most advanced musicianship.
